Net service maintenance

The content and architecture of a net service is updated and the service developed. Even though modern content management systems are advanced, situations may arise in which a company's own resources are not sufficient, for example

• for the graphic editing of the architecture or the layout
• for adding new features to the net service

The experts of Ch5 Finland are also available for checking the functionality of the services, testing, image editing or entering large content, transferring databases etc.

Maintenance agreement – easy solution for many different needs

Most of our customers have signed a separate maintenance agreement regarding the maintenance of the net service. The agreement covers a fixed-price monthly amount of working hours used for estimated changes in the content and architecture of the service and small repairs. This does not cause any extra costs for the customer, because only actual working hours are charged.

Typical monthly working hours are 1- 2 hours, but the maintenance agreement may also cover the whole administration of the network service content.

Ch5 Finland is bound to perform work covered by the agreement within an agreed response time.
