Outsourcing services

The customer can outsource all their net services to Ch5 Finland, who will then be responsible for agreed tasks. In this context, it may also be agreed that the customer’s employees currently responsible for the services be employed by Ch5 Finland.

Outsourcing services are aimed at:

• companies that would like to reallocate their net service resources
• companies that would like to refrain from this business sector and focus on its core operations

Example 1: Company

The maintenance and development of the web services are transferred under Ch5 Finland’s responsibility. The personnel currently taking care of the services are transferred under the employment of Ch5 Finland. The maintenance work takes place on the customer’s premises.

Example 2: Advertising agency

The service agreement with the advertising agency involves the transfer of the personnel of the web department under the employment of Ch5 Finland, after which they cooperate with the advertising agency as part of their work description. This way, the end customer is satisfied and additional resources are gained in the form of Ch5 Finland’s software applications, project organisations and consultancy services.
